Benelli Fold City Electric Bike Grey
For your last mile commute from the station to work, or amongst other things for carrying in the boot of your car for getting about town, the Benelli Fold City grey electric bike is a great piece of kit.
Features
At a relatively light 22kg, you can carry this folded electric bike across station concourses and on escalators without breaking a sweat. When riding it the 8.8 amp hour, 36 volt battery will give you a range of up to 30 miles when ridden economically, and that can be charged in just six hours – perhaps while in the office. The 10.4Ah battery offers a bit extra range of up to 37 Miles.
The simple control panel has four power assist modes that can help you as you need, perhaps at a junction when you need that extra kick to get through the traffic. Its speed is limited to 15.5mph but torque is the most important thing, and this electric bike packs a real punch!
The Shimano 7 Tourney speed drivetrain enables you to put the leg power in, even on those bigger climbs around town. For speed control the Benelli Fold City has high quality Vee brakes.
Maintenance is easy with the brushless hub motor being on the front wheel – it really is no bother to repair a puncture or to look after your brakes in a very similar process to the way you would on a traditional bike.
This electric bike comes with a pannier rack as standard so you can attach pannier bags for your shopping or work materials. This also houses the battery, that can be removed for charging very easily.
A good all rounder, this folding electric bike may well be just what you need as someone who takes the train to work yet doesn’t want to take the bus or Tube the final mile. Compact when folded, it can also be taken into your home without taking much space – perfect for those who don’t have space outside.
